Bytor Gives Back
National Cancer Institute

I am an owner of Bytor Security and I have a twin brother with cancer. He was a career officer in the military and in 2002 had just returned from a tour in Korea. The cancer was discovered by a doctor while working on a treatment for his reoccurring headaches. They elected to do a biopocy which left him paralyzed on one side. He immediately took retirement from the Army. As a dentist he had to have both hands to work. His paralysis left in 8 weeks thankfully, but he had to undergo radiation treatment and chemo treatments for 2 years. They can’t remove his cancer, or give him a time factor on life. He works on eating healthy and exercising to keep healthy.
Next one of my younger brothers got kidney cancer. He had one removed and we hoped that would be the end of his problems. Unfortunately tainted blood had moved through his colon and within a year he found himself in a fight with colon cancer. Everyone, we have no cure for Cancer, whether it is in your body. Cancer can hit any one of us or a loved one, without a warning. We need to fight this disease that puts us all at risk, and stand up and fight for those who are having trouble fighting for themselves.
My husband and I have donated to several cancer foundations over the years. We believe strongly in the need for cures. This has led us to a realization that there is no one cancer that deserves more attention than another. So armed with this knowledge and resolve to step up and fight, we have put our focus on the National Cancer Institute which works tirelessly with all forms of cancer. It provides a conduit to the US legislators keeping them informed of numbers of victims, the numbers of breakthroughs and the need to continue strongly fighting cancer using new researchers, techniques and taking the fight all across the nation. With an aging population we will be seeing more cases because cancer weighs heavily on the aging.
Please join us in the fight.
