RETURN POLICY:
We gladly will accept returns or exchanges. If something is incorrect or not to your satisfaction with any product purchased through Bytor Security, please notify us immediately. 206.364.0145 or 1.866.599.0145 or, Email us at: jessica@bytorsecurity.com.
We do require a return materials authorization (RMA) form, which you must first obtain – prior to shipping any product back to us.
1. To request a return materials authorization (RMA) number, contact the Customer Specialist assigned to your account at the following URL site: wwwbytorsecurity.com or by calling us at: 206.364.0145 or 1.866.599.0145
When calling, please be prepared to provide the following information:
-Your name, company, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail address;
-Part and/or model number (if applicable) of the product being returned;
-Quantity of product to be returned;
-Reason for product being return.

2. Once an RMA number has been issued, a confirmation e-mail or fax will be sent to you detailing the RMA number, product and product quantities authorized for return, together with shipping address details and RMA terms and conditions.
3. It is preferable that the original packing, including any foam wrapping be used on all returned product. Should the original product packing not be available, then adequate packing should be used taking into account the method of shipment of the returned product. You are responsible for delivering the returned product to BYTOR SERCURITY safely and undamaged.
4. The RMA number should be clearly marked on all returned product, boxes, packages and accompanying paperwork. RMA’s received by us that are not clearly marked may experience delays in the processing of RMA requests.
5. On receipt of product returned under an RMA number, a Receipt Notification e-mail or fax will be sent to you confirming receipt of product and quantities received. Please check the Receipt Notification to assure the product and quantity of product received by BYTOR SECURITY matches what you shipped.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We gladly accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.
Please know: your credit card will be charged only after we have verified all design information and your shipment has been sent.
If we cannot receive address verification, we reserve the right not to ship. (We do this to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent purchases being made to your card.)
To use PayPal: all orders must be entered online and for no more than $5,000.00 for the merchandise including shipping fees. PayPal is only accepted by us for shipments to verified addresses.
30 DAY NET ACCOUNTS:
If you would like to open a net 30 day account, please either e-mail or call us and we will be happy to send you an application form. You will be required to provide us with a minimum of three (3) trade references with a contact name and phone or fax number, plus, your company’s banking information with a contact name and phone or fax number. Most accounts approved the same day. We reserve the right to refuse Net 30 terms.
Shipping:
We ship most orders from our

Orders ship the same day if received before 12pm EST. If your order was received after 12pm EST your order will ship the following day. We ship Monday through Friday. We ship using, USPS, UPS and FedEx. We can also bill freight directly to your UPS or FedEx account. We gladly accept government orders to APO and FPO addresses.
